Welcome to Patriot Pizza

We began in 2018 as an idea for a retirement business for me and my wife Mary. Mary’s father was a baker who owned a pizzeria and bakery in South Bend IN. We began with his basic dough and sauce recipe. It took 3 years to perfect our recipe. I believe our work has paid off  in a quality flavorful  dough and sauce.
